摘要:

【目的】在数字经济发展背景下,数据成为关键生产要素,为推动国家数据基础设施建设,解决架构设计与关键技术应用认知分歧问题,对面向数据流通利用的基础设施架构和关键技术进行研究。 【方法】围绕数据流通利用的需求,分析现有基础设施体系存在的问题,并提出面向数据流通利用的基础设施架构设计,探索关键技术支撑。 【结果】通过分析建设需求,构建了包含角色体系、系统架构和业务模式的中心化与分布式架构,并阐述融合身份认证、智能合规审核等关键技术的实践应用。 【结论】研究为数据基础设施建设提供实践指导,填补实施路径研究空白,同时指出安全防护体系待完善,后续将聚焦安全体系设计,探索数据安全治理与合规流通路径。

Abstract:

[Objective] In the context of the development of the digital economy, data have become a key factor of production. To promote the construction of national data infrastructure and address the cognitive discrepancies in architecture design and key technology application, research is conducted on the infrastructure architecture and key technologies aimed at facilitating data circulation and utilization. [Method] This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current infrastructure system, proposes an infrastructure architecture oriented to data circulation and utilization, and explores the supporting key technologies. [Results] Through analyzing construction needs, a centralized and distributed architecture has been developed that includes a role system, system architecture, and business models, along with a discussion of the practical applications of key technologies such as identity authentication and intelligent compliance review. [Conclusions] This research offers practical guidance for the construction of data infrastructure, fills the research gap in implementation pathways, and points out that the security protection system needs improvement.
