    WENG Hongming, Ph.D., is a researcher at the Laboratory of Condensed Matter Theory and Computation, Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He also serves as the director of the Data Center for Condensed Matter Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His main research interests include topological quantum state and its material calculation research, magneto-optic effect, nonlinear optical effect, and other first-principle calculations. The project “Scientific Research Data Platform Based on Electronic Lab Notebook”, in which he was a major participant,, was selected as one of the Top 10 progress works in network security and informatization of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2022. He has published more than 170 SCI papers, which have been cited more than 17,000 times, with an h-index of 54. He was selected as “Global Highly Cited Researchers” by Clarivate Analytics in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
    In this paper, he is mainly responsible for developing the manuscript framework and organizing the content.

摘要:

【目的】 针对凝聚态物质科学研究中数据管理的碎片化、规范性差、汇交效率低等问题,设计并实现了一套覆盖数据全生命周期的汇交系统。 【应用背景】响应国家《科学数据管理办法》的政策要求,保障科研数据的可追溯性、安全性与共享价值。 【方法】提出“MatElab+CMPDC”的两系统设计方案:MatElab通过三级数据管理体系(记录本-实验记录-模块)、动态模板和数字签名技术,实现实验数据的结构化采集与源头规范化;CMPDC 提供数据审核、资源映射、权限控制等功能,结合MINA-FTP动态传输与Freemarker+Aspose智能凭证生成技术,解决大文件传输与凭证输出难题。 【结论】系统自2024年上线后,成功承接8个项目14个课题的数据汇交任务,显著提升数据质量与管理效率,为科研数据的安全存储、合规汇交及跨学科共享提供技术支撑。

Abstract:

[Objective] To address the issues of fragmented data management, insufficient standardization, and low submission efficiency in condensed matter science research, a data submission system covering the entire data lifecycle was designed and implemented. [Application Background] In response to the policy requirements of the “Measures for the Management of Scientific Data” issued by the state, the system aims to ensure the traceability, security, and sharing value of scientific research data. [Methods] A two-system design solution of “MatElab+CMPDC” was proposed: MatElab, through a three-level data management system (notebook, experimental record, and module), dynamic templates, and digital signature technology, realizes the structured collection of experimental data and source standardization; CMPDC provides functions such as data review, resource mapping, and permission control, combined with MINA-FTP dynamic transmission and Freemarker+Aspose intelligent certificate generation technology, to solve the problems of large file transmission and certificate output. [Conclusions] Since its launch in 2024, the system has successfully supported data submission tasks of 8 projects and 14 topics, significantly improving data quality and management efficiency, and providing technical support for the secure storage, compliant submission, and cross-disciplinary sharing of scientific research data.
