计算型科研的理念、内涵及农业科研发展的启示

  • 作者简介:孙坦,中国农业科学院,副院长,博士,研究馆员,长期从事数字信息描述与组织研究,近年来主持国家科技支撑计划重点项目等近10项国家及省部级研究项目,发表学术论文80余篇,主编、参编著作7部。2005年荣获国务院政府特殊津贴,2014年被评为“全国优秀科技工作者”,2016年入选中国农业科学院青年英才计划,2018年入选中国农业科学院农科英才领军人才C类,主要研究领域为智能知识服务、科研信息化发展战略等。
    负责论文总体概念体系的构建和整体框架设计。
    SUN Tan, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences(CAAS), Vice President, Ph.D., Research Librarian. He has long been engaged in research on digital information description and organization. In recent years, he has presided over nearly 10 national and provincial research projects including key projects of the National Science and Technology Support Program, and has published academic papers More than 80 articles, edited and co-edited 7 books. In 2005, he was awarded the special government allowance of the State Council. In 2014, he was named “National Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker”. In 2016, he was selected into the Young Talents Program of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In 2018, he was selected as the leading talent of agricultural science of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in the category C. The main research fields are intelligent knowledge service, scientific research informatization development strategy, etc.
    In this paper, he is responsible for the construction of the overall conceptual system of the thesis and the design of the overall framework.

    YANG Xiaorong, Institute of Agricultural Information of CAAS, director of the business department, researcher, Ph.D. She has long been engaged in the research on the development strategy of scientific research informatization, and the research and application of website technology. He has presided over and participated in the research work of a total of 37 scientific research projects, including the National Science and Technology Support Program, the National Science and Technology Basic Conditions Platform Project, the Ministry of Science and Technology Special Project, and the Fundamental Research Fund Project. He has won 3 awards for scientific and technological achievements, published more than 30 papers, participated in the compilation of 7 books, and wrote more than 30 technical and analytical reports. His main research fields are agricultural information technology, scientific research informatization strategy, etc.

摘要:

【目的】随着大数据时代的到来,科学研究方式的计算型特征日益明显,计算型科研已成为新时期科研模式变革的重要方向。【方法】通过对计算型科研产生背景、内涵、理念的分析,探讨了在数据密集型环境下,计算型科研在基础设施、研究对象和研究方法方面对科研活动所展现出的新需求。【结果】以农业领域为应用场景,从环境营造、数据共享、协作体系、装备研发和素质培育5个方面为农业科研的发展提供了启示,以期能够全面提升计算型科研面向农业创新与管理的“融入环境、嵌入过程”的能力,有效支撑农业领域科研模式的转型升级。

Abstract:

[Purpose] Due to the impact of the big data, the trend of using computing in scientific research has become obvious. Computational scientific research has become an important direction for reforming scientific research models in the new era. [Methods] Through analysis of the background, connotation, and concept of computational scientific research, we discuss the new demand of the computational scientific research under the data-intensive environment from three aspects: infrastructure, research objects, and research methods. [Results] Based on these demands, the enlightenment for developing agricultural scientific research is presented from five aspects: environment creation, data sharing, collaboration system, equipment development, and computational thinking, which will help improve the ability of the research for "integrating into the environment and embedded in the process" in agricultural innovation and management, effectively supporting the transformation and upgrading of computational scientific research in the agricultural field.
