专利分析视角下固体润滑技术发展态势研究

    WAN Yong, Ph.D., is an associated professor of Wuhan Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences, member of Youth Innovation Promotion Association of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has published more than 10 monographs and 20 papers cooperatively. His main research interests include advanced manufacturing and materials S&T strategic information research.
    In this paper, he is responsible for drawing up the paper framework, discussing the patents quantitative analysis, and revising the paper.

A Study on Development Trend of Solid Lubrication Technology from Patent Analysis Perspective

摘要:

【目的】通过专利分析解释全球固体润滑技术的研发现状与态势,为我国固体润滑产业技术发展提供情报支撑。【方法】本文基于incoPat数据库,分析了固体润滑技术领域的专利申请趋势、主要技术类别及功效、主要申请人和发明人,以及重要专利。【结果】通过分析发现,固体润滑技术领域的相关专利申请数量在2013—2021年增长迅速;相关专利申请主要集中在轴承零件加工的特殊方法、润滑组合物改性、润滑复合材料、润滑混合物应用以及被润滑的材料上所用润滑剂的形态等技术类别;中国在固体润滑技术领域的专利申请数量达到3,935件,占全球的73.5%,居第一位;中国科学院是固体润滑技术领域专利申请数量最多的机构。【结论】我国是固体润滑技术专利申请大国,但在专利价值和核心专利方面仍存在高价值专利较少的问题。因此应当加大产学研合作的力度,同时应更加注重知识产权保护,积极开展海外布局。

Abstract:

[Objective] This paper aims to analyze the development trend and technological evolution path of solid lubrication technology by utilizing the patent analysis method. According to the results, the recommendations for technological innovations in solid lubrication in China are made. [Methods] In this paper, the data from incoPat are used to analyze the trend of global solid lubrication technology patent application, main technology categories, major patent applicants and inventors, and the important patents. [Results] The results shows that the amount of applications increased dramatically between 2013 and 2021. The patents mainly focus on methods for processing of bearing components, modification of lubricating composition, and lubricating composites, etc. Furthermore, the number of invention patents in China is 3935, which accounts for 73.5% of the world’s total. Chinese Academy of Sciences ranks the first based on the patent applications’ number. [Conclusions] China has the most patents in the solid lubrication technology field, while facing some challenges in patent value and key patents, which means the amount of Chinese patents with high value is not large. Thus, the research recommends that it is essential to promote industry-university-institute cooperation and improve the R&D quality. Moreover, more attention should be paid on intellectual property protection and active oversea layout.
