硬X射线自由电子激光电子档案库初期建设与运行

    YIN Congcong, Ph.D., is an associate researcher at the Joint Laboratory of Photonics Science, Shanghai Advanced Research Institute Chinese Academy of Sciences and ShanghaiTech University. Her research interests include timing, data acquisition, and data management of Large-scale scientific facility.
    In this paper, she is responsible for the paper draft, building and maintaining the SHINE Electronic Record Archive.

    负责制定论文框架,撰写“引言”与“1系统设计”,论文修改、审定,设计电子档案库技术方案。
    HUAI Ping, a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Center for Transformative Science, ShanghaiTech University, is also a member of the “100 Talents Program” of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is currently the department director of the general experimental technology of the national fundamental scientific facility SHINE, a member of the Expert Committee of the National High Energy Physics Science Data Center, and deputy director of the Computational Physics Professional Committee in the Nuclear Society of Shanghai City. His main research interests include light-materials interaction, big data and AI in photon science, and simulation of radiation damage. He has published more than 90 peer-reviewed papers.
    In this paper, he is responsible for the overall framework and part of “introduction” and “chapter1 system design”. He also has contributed to the revision of the other parts and the design of the database.

Initial Construction and Operation of SHINE Electronic Record Archive

摘要:

【目的】硬X射线自由电子激光项目责任主体多、时间跨度大、文档数量多,单独的纸质档案已无法覆盖项目全部建设内容,故急需一套数字化电子档案系统。【方法】硬X射线自由电子激光电子档案库着眼于硬线项目档案长期数字化保存与利用,总体上基于集中式部署分布式利用的原则,针对项目开发人员、总体档案员、项目档案员和项目管理者对档案的输入、管理和查看等不同需求,分为电子档案库前端系统和后端系统。【结果】该系统可满足硬X射线自由电子激光项目电子档案的导入、整理、存储、鉴定、利用、统计及系统管理等功能。

Abstract:

[Objective] Shanghai HIgh repetitioN rate XFEL and Extreme light facility (SHINE) involves many departments, a long construction period, and a large number of documents. Paper documents only cannot cover all the construction contents of this project, so a digital electronic record archive system is urgently needed. [Methods] The SHINE electronic record archive system, based on the principle of centralized deployment and distributed utilization, focuses on long-term digital preservation and utilization of SHINE project documents. Considering the different requirements from project developers, overall archivists, project archivists, and project managers regarding to archive input, management, and viewing, the system is divided into a front-end system and a back-end system. [Results] The system can fulfill various functions upon archives, including importing, sorting, storing, identifying, utilizing, statistics and system management for the SHINE.
