基于区块链的科学数据标识技术创新应用模式

    Wang Shu was born in 1981. She received his Ph.D. in Beijing Jiaotong University in 2011. She is an assistant research fellow at the Department of Big Data Technology and Application Development at Computer Network Information Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her research interests include identification technology and its standard.
    In this paper she is mainly responsible for literature research and platform overview.

    Wang Yazhe was born in 1979, Ph.D. He is the associate researcher and master’s tutor in institute of information engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. he was selected as a talent plan of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a member of the Blockchain Committee of the Chinese Computer Society, and a member of the Privacy Protection Committee of the China Confidentiality Association, a senior member of the Chinese Cryptographic Society, the technical director of the Beijing Intelligent Engineering Laboratory of Internet Intelligent Device Information Security, and head of the BaaS service platform of the letter chain of the Institute of Information Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has published more than 20 papers in core journals and conferences at home and abroad, and participated in the preparation of 2 national standards and 1 textbook. The main research direction is the development of blockchain systems and platforms, and the security of the Internet of Things.
    In this paper he is mainly responsible for the overall API design of Blockchain Platform.|周园春,1975年生,中国科学院计算机网络信息中心,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中科院特聘研究员,中心主任助理,中心学位评定委员会主席,大数据技术与应用发展部主任,大数据分析与计算技术国家地方联合工程实验室秘书长,国家烟草专卖局烟草科研大数据重大专项技术首席。发表SCI/EI收录论文90多篇。主要研究方向为云计算、大数据分析与处理。本文主要承担工作为基于区块链的科学数据标识应用整体架构设计。
    Zhou Yuanchun was born in 1975. In 2006, he received his Ph.D. from the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is the research fellow, Ph.D. supervisor and the assistant Director in Computer Network Information Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Director of the Department of Big Data Technology and Application Development. He is also the Chairman of the Degree Evaluation Committee in Computer Network Information Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include cloud computing, big data analysis and processing. He has published more than 90 papers included in SCI/EI.
    In this paper he is mainly responsible for the overall framework design.

Innovative Application of Scientific Data Identification Based on Block Chain

摘要:

【目的】基于区块链的科学数据标识为多方参与的科学数据采集、处理、发布、共享、出版、引用、重用等科学数据全生命周期关键节点提供更可信、更稳定、多关联、权限可控的信息存储与认证,进而为科学数据统计分析、质量评估等提供可信凭证。【文献范围】文章重点调研国内外标识技术协议与系统实例、国内外科学数据的引用统计方法、基于标识和区块链的跨领域关联研究,以及区块链构建中的关键技术和面向标识领域的区块链建设应用等。【方法】本文给出一种面向科学数据引用统计应用的标识区块链平台,基于标识区块链平台的整体架构,阐述构建标识区块链的关键技术及平台工具,并基于标识平台、数据中心以及期刊三个参与方,给出平台具体应用效果。【结果】标识区块链平台在构建科学数据全生命周期关键节点信息凭证系统的同时,为科学数据引用统计提供了可信、多源、稳定、跨域的智能关联服务。【局限】标识区块链融合技术在不断发展中,链上各方节点的数量在一定程度上影响了平台的应用支撑服务范围,未来希望在跨链认证方面进行更多的探索。【结论】科学数据标识区块链以其透明的可信认证机制、灵活的隐私权限设置以及较强的关联查询能力,较好的组织了科学数据采集、出版、发布等海量多源跨域信息的可信存储,为未来科学数据质量智能评估提供辅助功能。

Abstract:

[Objective] By providing the multi-participation mechanism of gathering, processing, openness, sharing, publication, citing and reusing scientific data, the block-chain-based scientific data identification ensures the reliability and stability of correlated data with accesses-controllable information storage and authentication. Thus it can provide a trusted and valuable reference for scientific data research. [Coverage] Besides the key technical methods of block chain construction and the applications based on identification knowledge, the article also focuses on the international and domestic researches on identification protocols, system instances, citation statistic methods of scientific data as well as the researches on cross disciplinary areas correlated to identification and block chain. [Methods] This paper presents an identification block chain platform in the field of scientific data citation statistic. Based on the overall architecture of the platform, we expound the key technologies and platform tools for constructing identification block chain, and give specific application cases based on three participants which are identification center, scientific data center and publications. [Results] The identification block chain platform constructs a trusted certification service for the key point life-cycle management for scientific data, while providing a trusted, multi-source, stable and cross-field intelligent correlated service. [Limitations] The integrated innovation of identification and block chain technology is constantly developing. However, the quantity of peers in the identification block affects platform service ability in the range of applications. In the future, we hope to carry out more services by block-chain crossing. [Conclusions] The identification block chain for scientific data, with its transparent and trusted authentication mechanism, flexible accesses control and strong correlated query ability, can organize the trusted information storage of the massive data from cross-fields and multi-source in a better way, which provides auxiliary functions for future technology evaluation of scientific data.
