Research on “Three-System and Five-Trust” Computing Power Network Operation System Based on Blockchain Technology

摘要:

【目的】本文针对东数西算背景下的算网运营体系建设方案进行探索,介绍了算网运营体系包含的“算力一体供给、算力一站式服务、算力可信交易”三个核心体系的能力建设,提出了基于区块链的“身份、协议、订单、账单、佣金”五信交易模型。 【方法】本文从算力提供、算力交易、算力使用、交易安全等方面出发,阐述了多方协同供给算力机制、算网产品体系和售卖模式、算网业务使用方式和算网可信交易支撑方式。 【结果】基于区块链技术的“三体五信”算网运营体系,具备多方算力汇聚、算网融合、共享交易的能力,具备交易主体身份可信、交易主体协议可信、交易过程订单可信、交易分成佣金可信、交易结果账单可信的可靠保障。 【局限】算力交易亟待重构算力定价体系。从算力使用的实际出发,坚持绿色低碳的发展道路,叠加算力承载的数据与应用安全性要求,下一个发展阶段的算力定价模式应从“算效、时延、绿碳、安全”四个维度进行重新设计,即算力价格=f(算效,时延,绿碳,安全)。 【结论】基于算网底座基建化和多方算力融合汇聚,将加速“计算”向“智算”转型,将大大提升算力生产的效率。基于区块链技术的“三体五信”算网运营体系,使能算力真正地服务于社会经济的各行各业,使其进入千家万户,开创算力经济新时代。

Abstract:

[Objective] This paper explores the construction plan of the Computing Power Network Operation System under the background of the East-West Computing Requirement Transfer, and introduces the construction method of three core system capabilities, including computing power integrated supply system, one-stop computing power service system, and computing power trusted transaction system. The “Five-Trust” transaction model of identity, agreement, order, bill, and commission based on blockchain is proposed. [Methods] From the aspects of computing power provision, computing power transaction, computing power usage, and transaction security, etc., it expounds the multi-party collaborative mechanism for computing power supply, the computing power network product system and sales model, the computing power network business use method and the computing power network trusted transaction support method. [Results] The 'Three-System and Five-Trust' operation system based on blockchain technology has the ability of multi-party computing power aggregation, computing power network integration and shared transactions, with guaranteed trustworthy transaction subject identity, trustworthy transaction subject agreement, trustworthy transaction process order, trustworthy transaction share commission, and trustworthy transaction result bill. [Limitations] The computing power transaction urgently needs the reconstruction of the computing power pricing system. Starting with the actual use of computing power, adhering to the green and low-carbon development path, and superimposing the data and application security requirements carried by computing power, the computing power pricing model with parameters in four dimensions, i.e., the computing power price = f (computing efficiency, delay, green carbon, security), is to be re-designed. [Conclusions] The infrastructure of computing network and the convergence of multiple computing power resources will accelerate the transformation of computing to intelligent computing and greatly improve the efficiency of computing power production. Based on the blockchain technology, the 'Three-System and Five-Trust' computing power network shares a trusted transaction system and enables computing power to truly serve all walks of life in the social economy, making it enter thousands of households and creating a new era of computing power economy.
