Assessment of BDS/Galileo Precise Point Positioning with Ambiguity Resolution

摘要:

【目的】针对传统精密单点定位(Precise Point Positioning, PPP)模糊度非整数特征的问题,基于整数钟产品完成模糊度的固定,验证单Galileo系统PPP模糊度固定对定位性能的影响以及BDS/Galileo双系统组合相比单Galileo系统在定位性能方面和模糊度固定率方面的提升。【方法】基于真实数据开展实验验证,通过解算单Galileo及BDS/Galileo双系统组合PPP模糊度固定模式下定位精度跟模糊度浮点解模式下进行比较,评估不同模式下的定位性能及模糊度固定率的提升。【结果】单Galileo系统模糊度固定模式下,5个测站E方向的提升明显,Galileo系统固定解模式下定位精度和收敛时间相对于浮点解状态有一定提升,加入BDS2/BDS3后5个测站E方向的定位精度提升率都在70%以上,另外两个方向效果没有E方向明显。【结论】模糊度固定是提升精密单点定位精度和快速收敛的主要因素之一,正确固定模糊度可以提升定位性能,加入BDS系统后相比单Galileo系统在定位性能及模糊度固定率方面有进一步的提升。

Abstract:

[Objective] This study is aiming at non-integer features of ambiguity in traditional precise point positioning (PPP), accomplishing ambiguity-resolution based on integer clock products, verifying the influence of PPP ambiguity fixation on positioning performance of GAL-only and the improvement in orientation performance and ambiguity fixation rate under BDS/GAL combined mode. [Methods] Experimental verification is carried out based on real data. The positioning accuracy of PPP under the fixed ambiguity and improvement in ambiguity fixation rate are calculated under GAL-only and BDS/Galileo combined mode. [Results] Under GAL-only ambiguity fixed mode, the E direction of five stations improved significantly. after the addition of the BDS system, the improvement rate of positioning accuracy of five stations in direction E is more than 70%, and the effect of the other two directions is not as obvious as in direction E. [Conclusions] Ambiguity-resolution is one of the major factors to improve the precision and fast convergence of PPP. Correct ambiguity-resolution can improve positioning performance. Compared with GAL-only, the addition of the BDS system can enhance the positioning performance and ambiguity-resolution rate.
