摘要:

【背景】情景感知(Context Awareness)通过有效采集、处理、分析和推理情景信息,可为用户提供个性化服务和行动决策指导,是实现自主无人系统和智能人机交互的关键一环,已成为当前智能系统领域的研究热点之一。【目的】对情景感知的提出背景、基本概念、国内外研究现状、核心关键技术进行综述,并探讨基于情景感知的相关应用系统,旨在为相关领域的研究工作提供有益参考。【方法】首先对情景感知的研究背景、基本概念、分类方法进行归纳整理介绍,然后说明情景感知的技术需求和典型特征,并重点论述情景收集和情景建模技术。进而,探讨了情景感知系统的体系架构及应用实例。【结果】本文概述了情景感知的发展历程和研究现状,从概念、技术和应用三方面对该领域相关研究进行了较为系统的介绍、梳理和分析。【结论】本文指出情景感知是当前人工智能领域的研究热点之一,国内外学者已对此领域展开了广泛研究,但目前仍面临大量亟待解决的问题,并展望了该领域今后的发展趋势。

Abstract:

[Background] Context awareness provides users with personalized services and action decision guidance by collecting, processing, analyzing, and reasoning scenario information effectively. It is an essential link towards autonomous unmanned systems and intelligent human-computer interaction, and has become a research hotspot. [Objective] In this paper, we survey the background, basic concepts, research status at home and abroad and core key technologies of context awareness, and discuss the relevant application systems based on context awareness, in order to provide useful references for the research in related fields. [Methods] Firstly, the research backgrounds, basic concepts, and classification methods of context awareness are introduced. Then, the technical requirements and typical characteristics are described, especially focusing on two key technologies including scenario collection and scenario modeling. Next, this paper investigates the architectures and applications of context awareness systems. [Results] This paper summarizes the development process and research status of context awareness, and systematically introduces and analyzes the relevant researches in this field from three aspects: concept, technology, and application. [Conclusions] This paper points out that context awareness is one of the current research hotspots in the field of artificial intelligence. Scholars at home and abroad have carried out extensive researches in this field, but are still facing considerable problems to be solved. Also, this paper looks forward to the development trend of this field in the future.
