Non-Standard Agricultural Warehouse Receipts Specifications and Management System Based on Consortium Blockchain

摘要:

【目的】 非标准农产品仓单是仓库仓储物的凭证,为其生命周期的各项行为制定操作规范,可以有效地提升非标准农产品仓单的管理能力和多方信任水平。【方法】 本文针对非标准农产品仓单管理中存在的状态不可验、操作不留痕和信息不共享等问题,提出一种面向跨机构、多中心环境下的治理框架,设计并实现一套基于联盟链的非标准农产品仓单生命周期操作规范和系统。【结果】 该系统可为非标准农产品仓单的出库入库、库内位移、质押和解除质押等操作建立可信传输通道并提供规范的操作方法。【结论】 实验证明,该系统针对非标准农产品仓单在业务上可信、技术上可行。

Abstract:

[Objective] Non-standard agriculture warrant receipts (NAWR) are access credentials for participants. The digitization and specification of NAWR are both urgent and essential for improving the management capabilities and cross-agency credit level. [Methods] Status verification, operation tracing, and information sharing are problems that trouble NAWR. To solve the problems above, this paper presents the design of a governance framework for cross-agency communication and the implementation of the NAWR specifications and management system. [Results] The NAWR specifications and management system provides highly efficient trusted channel and standardized services for NAWR warehousing, moving, pledging and other life-cycle operations. [Conclusions] Experiments show that the NAWR specifications and management system based on consortium blockchain are both trustable in business and feasible in technology.
