Research on Virtual Innovation Ecosystem Based on Regional Science and Technology Resource Service Platform

Abstract:

[Objective] Based on the existing platform practice and the attribute relations of science and technology resources, the Virtual Innovation Ecosystem built on a digital platform is constructed. [Methods] Firstly, the characteristics of the network, relevance and systematization of the innovation ecosystem are introduced to construct the regional innovation resource digital sharing platform. Based on the analysis of resource classification, the construction of the correlation model and the definition of attributes, the knowledge graph of innovation resources is formed as the core innovation subject. Then taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as an example, based on the new generation of information technology such as innovation resource knowledge graph, GIS, etc.., the simulation analysis and visual display of innovation population, innovation community and innovation chain industry chain are demonstrated on the platform. Through the integration of different service function modules, the online operation of the virtual innovation ecosystem is realized, which makes the platform an integrated service with functions such as information sharing, decision making support, intelligent services, etc... [Conclusions/ limitations] In the end, it is suggested that the relevant research and practice should be strengthened from four aspects: theoretical support, technical support, data support and operation mode support.
