摘要:

【目的】随着人工智能、大数据和数字化技术的发展,作为提升组织竞争优势的重要手段之一——知识管理展现了数字化的特征。本文为科研人员提供了一个比较全面的数字化知识管理介绍,便于大家进行理论创新研究和应用。【文献范围】本文采用关键词法广泛查阅国内外数字化知识管理的最新研究方向和成果。【方法】本文在阅读大量数字化知识管理文献的基础上,对该领域的研究和应用进行回顾,对当前数字化知识管理的研究动态进行分析,并展望未来发展趋势。【结果】本文分析了数字化知识管理的框架,数字化知识管理的理论——知识定义拓展、数字化技术和影子学习,数字化知识管理的实践——数字化技术驱动的知识创造过程、元知识构建知识网络和数字化知识存储与重用。【结论】数字化知识管理在理论上已经有了初步的发展,随着我国数字化进程的加速和中国企业数字化转型的蓬勃发展,一批前沿原创的数字化知识管理技术在中国企业中迅速应用,为中国情景下开展数字化知识管理前沿理论和技术研究提供了肥沃土壤。

Abstract:

[Objective] With the development of artificial intelligence, big data and other digital technologies, knowledge management, as one of the important ways to sustain the competitive advantage of organization, shows the digital characteristics. This paper provides a comprehensive introduction of digitalized knowledge management for researchers, analyzes recent achievements, and foresees the future development trends. [Coverage] This paper gives an extensive review of the latest research of digitalized knowledge management with the method of searching by key terms. [Methods] Based on a large number of digitalized knowledge management literature, this paper retrospects the research fields and corresponding applications, analyzes the current development trends of digitalized knowledge management, and proposes some future development trends. [Results] This paper analyzes the framework, theories, and practices of digitalized knowledge management. Theories include expanding definition of knowledge, digital technologies, and shadow learning; Practices cover intelligent knowledge creation process, knowledge network construction with meta-knowledge, and the digitalized knowledge storage and reuse. [Conclusions] Digitalized knowledge management already have the preliminary development in theories. With the acceleration of digital process and the digital transformation in China, there is the proliferation of innovative digitalized knowledge management applications, which could provide many chances for advanced research about theory and technology.
