Abstract:

[Objective] Aiming at key issues such as insufficient support of technological resources for innovation and weak ability to serve the real economy, this article analyzes the key issues of technological resource services for business technology clouds and gives suggestions. [Methods] This paper proposes the idea of building a model to construct distributed technology resource services for business technology cloud, which is designed to realize the dynamic integration and distribution of heterogeneous science and technology resources across different platforms. [Limitations] Relevant ideas need to be applied in conjunction with policy standards and technological breakthroughs, and detailed research needs to be further carried out. [Conclusions] By the unified encapsulation and scheduling of science and technology resources, the proposed model removes the business cooperation barriers between service value chains, promotes business cooperation and resource sharing between industries, scientific research institutions and universities. It innovates the operation mechanism and service mode of resource business collaboration, which provides a feasible solution for breaking the bottleneck of industrial development path dependence and enhancing the industrial and regional independent innovation capabilities in China.
