中国科学院智能财务应用初探

摘要:

[背景] 我国现行财务体系下,电子票与纸质票共存,带来了报销繁琐问题。如何依托云计算、人工智能等新型信息技术,提升财务报销智能化水平成为近期研究热点问题。[方法] 中国科学院为落实国家“放管服”政策,围绕新一代ARP(Academia Resource Planning)系统引入新型创新服务,包括智能报销、智能公务之家、银企互联等增值服务,以推进全院财务智能化水平。[结果] 截止到目前,这些智能财务服务已在全院90多家单位得到了充分应用,这对落实国家改革政策,解决院属各单位“报销繁”的问题起到了积极作用。

Abstract:

[Background] In the current financial system, the existence of both electronic tickets and paper tickets makes reimbursement laborious. How to improve the intelligent level of financial reimbursement through cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and other new technologies has become a hot issue recently. [Methods] Granted by national reforms, CAS practices several novel financial approaches to streamline administration, delegate powers, and improve regulation and services based on the New ARP (Academia Resource Planning) system. [Results] Until now, these intelligent financial services have been fully applied by more than 90 institutions of CAS. According to our statistics, these services play an active role in implementing the national reform policies and solving the problem of laborious reimbursement processes.
