“东数西算”背景下算力服务对算力经济发展影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Computing Power Services on the Development of Computing Power Economy Under the Background of “ East-West Computing Requirement Transfer”

摘要:

【目的】结合“东数西算”背景与算力服务产业实践,为算力经济发展的问题提供有效建议。【方法】首先对“东数西算”工程背景、现状情况等进行了深入研究,并与算力服务产业内相关厂商进行交流调研、企业访谈,然后分析出在此背景下,算力经济发展所面临的问题,最后针对问题得出综合性改进建议。【结果】当前算力经济主要面临着政策、标准缺乏,基础设施能力不足,区域间发展不平衡的问题;需做到完善相关政策,加快技术探索实践,实现资源的充分共享。【结论】随着“东数西算”工程的不断推进,算力服务将有针对性地从多方面对算力经济的发展起到促进性的影响,而算力经济的发展将进一步促进我国东西部经济均衡发展,算力经济必将迎来新模式、新业态。

Abstract:

[Objective] This paper aims to provide valid suggestions for the development of the computing power economy under the background of “East-West Computing Requirement Transfer”. [Methods] Firstly, we study the background and the status of “East-West Computing Requirement Transfer” in depth and conduct interviews and surveys with manufacturers, so that we find the problems that computing power economy is facing. Finally, comprehensive improvement suggestions are made to solve these problems. [Results] Currently, the computing power economy is facing several problems such as the lack of policies and standards, insufficient infrastructure capacity, and unbalanced development among regions. It is necessary to formulate relevant policies, speed up technological explorations, and promote sharing of resources. [Conclusions] With the continuous advancement of the "East-West Computing Requirement Transfer" project, the computing power service will have a stimulative impact on the development of the computing power economy in various aspects. The computing power economy will generate new models and new forms, and promote balanced development of the economy in China’s eastern and western regions.
