Abstract:

[Objective] Through the text mining of smart ring user comments, the evolution of user needs and function mapping is realized, which provides a scientific basis for the optimization and upgrading of smart ring products. [Methods] Firstly, the text of smart ring users’ comments is preprocessed, the regional distribution characteristics of domestic smart ring users are analyzed, and the user topic identification and evolution trend are analyzed by using the BERTopic model. Secondly, the Kano model is used to prioritize demand, and the QFD House of Quality is used to realize function mapping of the smart ring. Finally, the intuitionistic fuzzy judgment matrix is constructed by the intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation method, and the final score of each index evaluation is calculated. [Results] The needs of smart ring users have gradually evolved from basic experience to advanced functions such as health management, disease prediction, and intelligent interconnection, reflecting the continuous improvement of the diversified and personalized consumer needs for smart wearable devices. At the same time, the difference in geographical distribution of users provides an important reference for enterprises to formulate differentiated market strategies. [Conclusions] The mapping analysis of user needs and product functions not only provides a scientific basis for the optimization and upgrading of smart ring products, but also provides practical inspiration for the entire smart hardware industry to better meet the consumer needs, promote technological innovation and industrial upgrading.
