Exploration and Practices in High Availability of Technology Service System—A Case Study in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Manufacturing Industry Think Tank Service System

Abstract:

[Objective] High availability is a necessary feature for the technology service software system to provide sustainable and high-quality services. [Methods] Takes the high-availability technical solution of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing think tank service system as the research background, considering the actual system architecture and requirements of operation and maintenance, this paper analyzes the influencing factors for high availability requirements, and expounds the exploration and practices of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing think tank service system in terms of the infrastructures, application support systems, and application programs. [Conclusions] Through the application of high-availability technologies such as load-balancing clusters and micro-service architecture, the service failure rate of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing think tank service system is kept low, and the service quality is improved.
