Abstract:

[Objective] This study focuses on the high-complexity collaboration issues across segments of the energy industry chain, aiming to propose an AnyLogic-based hybrid simulation method to support the production and operation of the industry chain. [Literature Review] Existing relevant studies related to complex system simulation are summarized and analyzed. [Application Background] Currently, the formulation of industry chain plans and data analysis based on manual experience can hardly meet the requirements of integrated operation for collaboration efficiency and risk resistance. Therefore, research on industry chain simulation holds significant value. [Methods] A hybrid simulation method based on system dynamics, discrete events and multi-agent systems is proposed. Specifically, the internal logic of business entities is constructed using system dynamics. The simulation sequence follows temporal logic or event-driven rules. The business entities across various segments collectively form a multi-agent system. [Results] The simulation experiments based on the proposed method can simulate the real data of production and operation, verifying the effectiveness of multi-agent system modeling, the feasibility of planning schemes, and the efficiency of the industry chain. [Limitations] The potential risks of the industry chain still need to be further considered. [Conclusions] The proposed AnyLogic-based hybrid simulation method can effectively improve the digitalization level of integrated production and operation.
