Abstract:

[Objective] Against the backdrop of profound transformations in the global energy landscape, China Energy Investment Corporation faces multiple challenges, including ensuring energy supply security, advancing the energy transition, and achieving sustainable development. This paper aims to support the attainment of the Group’s strategic goals by studying the business evaluation and optimization strategies of an integrated industrial chain intelligent simulation system, leveraging a simulation platform. [Methods] A multi-dimensional evaluation model is established by constructing an assessment indicator system covering six dimensions and incorporating the grey relational method, enabling precise evaluation of business links. [Results] Experiments show that the model can be effectively applied to key links such as production, transportation, sales, and inventory of China Energy Investment Corporation, accurately identifying strengths and weaknesses and providing support for optimization decisions. However, there remains room for improvement in handling complex scenarios involving cross-industrial balance optimization. [Conclusions] Future research can expand the scale and quality of datasets, refine model algorithms, strengthen cross-industrial synergy considerations, and promote the continuous optimization and upgrading of the intelligent simulation system, thereby helping China Energy Investment Corporation address challenges posed by changes in the energy market and enhance its market position and competitiveness.
